HOW TO BUY

Go to our on-line shop, browse through our Planet Latex Boutique and click on the item you wish to buy, choose colour and size and click on "Add to cart". The price of the item is mentioned beneath, including the shipment charge, both will be mentioned on your order summary. All prices are in US Dollar, but if you wish to know the price in your own currency, click on Currency Matters to go to the currency converter. The amount may vary from the amount displayed in your local currency, due to currency fluctuations.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Check out' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order. Select the ‘Payment Method’ of your choice and then the “Proceed’ button to finalize all.

You can always check again what you have ordered by clicking 'View cart'.

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

All items purchased will be packaged and shipped discreetly to protect you privacy. All parcels will require a signature upon arrival. Orders can be made Worldwide.

Purchased items within Bangkok,Thailand, will be dispatched by EMS or in case of extra privacy, can be picked up on request at a special pick-up address, mentioned under Contact us. Please contact us in case you require extra discreet packaging or if you wish to pick up your purchase in person at our office.

We will do our utmost to deliver the goods within 3 weeks, depending on the item ordered. Planet Latex can not be held responsible for delays after dispatch, i.e. courier delays etc. It is likely your local postal service is holding it if they tried to deliver it when you were not home. Please contact them directly to re-arrange delivery.

If a package is lost during the delivery or return process, Planet Latex assumes no liability for the lost package.

Shipping rates:

The cost of postage will be calculated based on the weight of your order. You will be asked for your country of destination. Shipping and handling will be automatically added to your order and will be displayed on your order summary.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our no. 1 priority. We believe our return policy is fair and open, however, there are some regulations we have to stick to.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can do so by sending the item back in its original condition. Include the copy of your receipt and the instructions for us on what size you want and we will send the new item to you. Do so within 14 days from the day that your order was shipped. The shipping charges will be at your own account.

We do not exchange or refund items that are not suitable to your needs.

Returned mechandise can not be excepted if worn, soiled, damaged or laundered.

If we have sent you the wrong item, please indicate what is wrong and return it to us in its original condition. We will levy the postage charge and refund any postage costs incurred.

In case you need to exchange the size of the garment you ordered, you can send the item back to us in its original condition. We cannot accept any returns that are damaged or worn. Please ensure you enclose the receipt and the enclosed ‘return slip' with the package, make sure that the required size(s) are mentioned on the return slip. Ship back the item via a reliable courier within 14 days after delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will send you the new item, subject to availability, with a new invoice accordingly.
